Tour Cancellation

If you cancel:

• Less than one week before the tour date: No refund
• One week before the tour date: Refund 25% of payment minus bank fee; credit/debit card processing fees; reservation and money fransfer fee to Mali.
• Two weeks prior to the tour date: Refund 50% of the payment minus bank fee; credit/debit card processing fee; reservation fee; money transfer fee and any other fees.
• Three weeks prior to the tour date: Refund 75% of the payment minus bank fee; credit/debit card processing fee; reservation and any other charges.

Refund may take up to two months. If tour package included airline ticket, travelers are responsible for contacting airline company for their refunds, regardless of whether or not Mali Trips purchased them.
