What our website reporting measures

We use Internet Crafters reporting to understand which public pages people visit, how they find us, and which links they use. Events include a page path, timestamp, and action type. Recognized campaign labels, such as a campaign source or name, help us understand promoted visits. Page query strings and raw advertising click identifiers are not included in those events.

Phone and email links have separate action counts. A click does not mean a call connected or an email was sent, and contact-action totals are not a count of unique people. This site currently has no contact form, so we do not report completed forms. Map or directions links, if present, are counted separately.

What stays out of analytics

Our tracker does not read form answers, email messages, or page text. It does not send the phone number or email address behind a contact link. The browser collector does not forward your IP address or browser user-agent to the reporting portal. Reporting is limited to the public pages listed for this site; private account pages and unknown paths are not included.

If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share through that separate channel so we can respond. Following the external domain and hosting portal link takes you to another service, whose own privacy notice applies.

Session storage and browser privacy choices

Ordinary reporting uses a random identifier and campaign labels in session storage to connect activity within a browsing session. It is not an account identifier. When your browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, this collector switches to limited page-view and generic action counts. Times are rounded to the minute, with no session storage, campaign attribution, contact-action details, or browser error capture in that mode.

Limited counts still include a public page path. This reduces the information we collect; it is not a promise of legal anonymity or a change to other providers' security logs. Browser blockers may prevent reporting, and we do not bypass them.

Search engines, AI visitors, and website errors

Server-side reporting records crawler visits to public pages, including time, page path, response status, and user-agent classification. User-agent claims do not prove who operates a crawler. The portal hashes crawler source IP addresses instead of storing their raw values in analytics.

In ordinary browser mode, structural error details help us group repeated website problems. These include the error type, page, code location, and release identifier, not exception messages or form contents. Error alerts appear in-app for our team; they do not automatically send emails or create support tickets.

Storage and service providers

Detailed portal analytics events are retained for 90 days. Historical aggregates and grouped error records can remain longer so we can compare activity and review recurring problems. These analytics are for operating and improving the website, not advertising profiles.

Netlify hosts the website, and fortrabbit hosts the Internet Crafters reporting portal. The site also loads Adobe Fonts. Hosting, font, and network providers process technical requests to deliver their services and may keep their own operational logs. Those logs are separate from the reporting limits described here.
